What Students Can Do

The Student Portal provides a range of tools to help you manage your clinical activities and assessments throughout your rotations.

Using the portal, you can:

View Your Rotations
Access information about your current and past rotations, including locations and course details.
Log Patient Encounters
Record details of patient interactions as part of your clinical experience and maintain a history of your logs.
Request Weekly Assessments
Submit requests to preceptors for evaluation after working with them during your rotation.
Complete Mid-Rotation Self-Assessments
Reflect on your performance and request feedback from your preceptor at the midpoint of a rotation.
Request Adhoc Assessments
Submit additional assessment requests for specific clinical experiences outside of regular weekly requirements.
Review Your Preceptors
Provide feedback on your experience with preceptors, which is shared with the clerkship director.
Track Your Progress
Monitor submitted requests, completed assessments, and overall activity within the portal.
