The Patient Logs section tracks the number of patient encounters logged for the discipline.
Expanding the section displays:
- Required logs
- Completed logs
- Goal completion status
- Progress percentage
Conditions Covered
Each rotation includes a set of required or recommended core clinical conditions.
The Conditions Covered section tracks:
- Which conditions have been logged
- Number of times each condition has been recorded
- Whether the condition requirement has been met
Expanding the section displays a detailed condition breakdown table.
