Accessing the Student Portal

To access the Student Portal, you must first receive an invitation and sign in using the provided link.


Step 1: Receive Your Invitation

You will receive an email invitation from the system via Microsoft Azure. This email provides access to the Student Portal.

Note: If you have not received an invitation, contact your administrator or support team.


Step 2: Accept the Invitation

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Click the Accept Invitation link.
  3. Follow the prompts to sign in or create your account if required.

Step 3: Access the Portal URL

Once your invitation has been accepted:

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Navigate to the Student Portal using the provided URL.
  3. Sign in using your credentials.

Step 4: Launch the Student Portal

After signing in, you will be directed to the Student Portal dashboard, where you can:

  • View your rotations
  • Log patient encounters
  • Complete and request assessments
  • Track your progress throughout the academic year
